How can we close on your house within days when every home purchase you’ve ever made takes 30-60 days, you might ask?  This is the advantage of working with us.  Typical home purchase transactions take so long due to the process involved.  There are typically at least 9 steps to selling your home traditionally, even if it is in perfect listing condition:

1.  Interview and select a Realtor

2.  List home on MLS

3.  Conduct open houses and showings

4.  Wait for an offer

5.  Accept an offer

6.  Wait for an inspection

7.  Wait for an appraisal

8.  Hope that everything works out with the buyer’s financing

9.  Close

In most cases, your home will need to be prepared to be listed, which means repairs and clean up.  The buyers will also ask you to fix items that were mentioned on the inspection report.

We will call you and ask a few basic questions about the property

2.  Meet us at the property so we can give you an offer

We will assess the condition of the property and give you an offer at that time.  We will even show you the numbers and how we arrived at that offer.  If the offer doesn’t suit you, we will discuss other options available to you or refer you to someone else who can help

3.  You select the closing date and we close on time

We will close at a reputable title company, and you walk away with a check
